Link aggregation - Link aggregation is a computer networking term which describes using multiple Ethernet network cables/ports in parallel to increase the link speed beyond the limits of any one single cable or port. Other terms for this also include "ethernet trunk", "NIC teaming", "port teaming", "port trunking", "NIC bonding" and "link aggregate group" (LAG), and is based on a networking standard known as "IEEE 802.

100BASE-T - 100BASE-T is any of several Fast Ethernet 100 Mbit/s (12.5 MB/s including overhead) CSMA/CD standards for twisted pair cables, including: 100BASE-TX (100 Mbit/s over two-pair Cat5 or better cable), 100BASE-T4 (100 Mbit/s over four-pair Cat3 or better cable, defunct), 100BASE-T2 (100 Mbit/s over two-pair Cat3 or better cable, also defunct).

10-gigabit Ethernet - 10-gigabit Ethernet (XGbE or 10GbE) is the most recent (as of 2005) and fastest of the Ethernet standards. It defines a version of Ethernet with a nominal data rate of 10 Gbit/s, ten times faster than gigabit Ethernet.

Power over Ethernet - Power over Ethernet or PoE technology describes any system to transmit electrical power, along with data, to remote devices over standard twisted-pair cable in an Ethernet network.
